Tottori Sanyo LCM54451RZ 5 X 7 + Cursor. .18" char. ht. dot matrix display, Dual on-board CPU HD44780, RAM & ASCII char. generator IC, C-MOS/TTL signal level, 11 instructions, +5 VDC for logic & 12 (Max) VDC for contrast adj. 16 I/O/power pins. Driven as two 2X40 displays with separate enables, common data/power. No Data.
